- Women Leaning In
October 9, 2015
4:00 am - 11:30 am
Inspired by Sheryl Sandberg’s book ‘Lean In…Women, Work and the will to Lead”, this 1-day workshop will address the need for a woman to develop greater self- awareness, a topic Sheryl covers in her national best-seller. She writes “It is nearly impossible to know how our actions are perceived by others. We cannot change what we are not aware of, and once we are aware, we cannot help but change.”
Because horses are like a reflecting pool accurately mirroring back how we show up in the world, we actually can begin to understand how we are being perceived by others and the impact it has on our success in relationships at home and at work. Through that knowing, change can begin. It starts with this workshop.
In a small intimate group of women, you’ll gain the unjudgmental feedback from horses in a way that will expose you to new levels of self-awareness. This will become your launching pad for change, both personally and professionally, allowing you to lean in to what you want and what you deserve. Workshop costs includes follow-up coaching call for each individual.
No riding and no prior horse experience is required.
