A leader establishes themselves apart from a supervisor or manager by their ability to inspire and lead others. However, there are often small, unconscious things that people do that may sabotage how others perceive them as leaders. Symptoms may be seen through less cooperation and productivity, increased conflict, a regular turn-over of employees, elevated stress levels, and more. The “small things” we’re doing, and yet are unaware of, can be big contributors in our ability to effectively lead ourselves and others – with confidence.
In this one-day workshop working with horses, participants will gain immediate feedback about non-verbal communication and belief systems that will change the way you think and practice leadership. Because horses are always asking ‘are you in charge, or am I’ they will help you will gain new levels of awareness about yourself that will help you establish new relationships and respect with others, as a result. You’ll begin to transform yourself into leading with confidence.
All work with horses is done from the ground in a safe, non-riding environment. No horse experience necessary.
